Our Story
At Third Culture Native, we’re shaped by movement - across countries, cultures, languages, and connections. We are immigrants, children of immigrants, expats, travelers, and dreamers. But we all carry a quiet thread: the feeling of being in between.
We started this brand because we wanted to make something that feels like home, even if home is hard to define. Our blankets are a reflection of that - warm, grounding, and full of meaning.
We believe in connection. To your roots. To your story. To the small things that remind you of where you come from, or where you belong now.
This isn’t just about beautiful design (though we care about that too). It’s about creating things that matter. Pieces you reach for when you want to feel held, calm, understood. Objects that carry weight - emotional, cultural, and personal.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create beautiful, thoughtful blankets and textiles that celebrate the richness of our cultures, identity, memory, and belonging. To make things that last, not just in material, but in meaning. To honor tradition without freezing it in time.

Our own story began with exploring Celtic culture. It wasn’t by chance that we were drawn to the mystery of Celtic art. As we dove deeper, studying its patterns and history in search of design truth, we came across a moment that stopped us. A moment that mirrored exactly why we started Third Culture Native in the first place. We were profoundly inspired by the culture's spirit of curiosity, love of exploration, and the rich diversity shaped by travel. We had no doubt Celtic culture had to be the beginning of our journey.
